As of January 5, 2026, we are back in business after a nice little break for the holidays. We hope your holidays were meaningful, safe, and successful. We are excited to be back, to improve water quality issues in western North Carolina in 2026! We remain committed to value, providing our customers with top notch products, services, and recommendations. If you or someone you know in the Asheville area are concerned with the quality of your water, we would be happy to test your water in our office, for free! Please see Collection Instructions and please note that we do not test for bacteria and health-related elements. We test for iron (total and ferrous), pH, hardness, total dissolved solids, and chlorine (if applicable).
